Has the old man lost it?

BEBE's business has been struggling for quite a few years now. Key employees came and left. What is going on? The old man is selling the stock as if there were no tomorrow. When/how is this turn-around going to happen? It has been a while. BEBE's total annul revenue dropped from $650 million to around $500 million. When are we going to see some positive development --- or is it time to cut our loss and move on....

Has the old man lost it? How did he make BEBE a success? Why couldn't he turn it around ---- I assume he has been trying during the last few years? I understand there was/is a recession? But BEBE's woe started before that and seems to have fared much worse/recovered much less than its peers.
