Interesting today. CHRS was not as bad, Talbot was not as bad (short covering I think), WTSLA looked strong, BBY is showing decline which is hurting the p/e and FRED was plowing through.
So shortterm, it would seem an oil shock or major market correction are what you have to watch. So we should move slowly up unless this happens. Watch after we get through 3/31 which is a year end for many funds.
Just holding for now and may add if we show a little momo the next day or two.
You are not comparing apples to apples. Prior to the special dividend the company was also operating with losses from PH8(PH8 losses are no longer a drag on profits), the co. did not have a new CEO & Exec. VP, plus recent modernized merchandise launches(Black Label, spring collection, etc.).
The apparel sector for women is much better this year than last year as referenced by BofA's retail analyst.
Recent catastrophic events in Japan have caused a selloff in many stocks. I view current prices as an excellent entry point for the shares.
