How many millions has Ross already thrown at this and how well has he done? I think that is a good indication of how much he knows about this company.
As far as Oaktree - they are just playing a game, because it's not their money they're investing, it's client money. Same goes for Ross. Now Pickens, he's investing with his own money, and that sale, at the price he did it at, is important.
It's time you stop following the crowd and begin thinking for yourself. Learn what is important here and what is merely a distraction.
Why did YOU invest in this company? Because Ross and Oaktree did? Or because you think management is doing such a wonderful job, the company is turning in blowout earnings, their margins are so high, and their current growth rate and expected growth rate going forward is stupendous?
Oaktree "not their money they are investing???" Really? And how do you that business model works? They can just throw away their client's money and stay in business? By chance, are you part of the 9% unemployed?
