    • You are the mutton head wjk. Hopefully, you will learn how to invest someday.

    • The only apology I owe is to you and the other two bozos who replied. I am sorry that all three of you are so naive. Clearly you did not understand a word I said. Everyone knows what the SEC's definition of an insider is - maybe you missed the post indicating I follow the Form 4 filings. The point (again) was that Wilbur is not an "insider" (note the quotes around insider) in that he is not senior management, and has no better information about what is going on inside the company than you or I. Why aren't the real "insiders" buying? We know Miller can't buy because he is so financially inept he lost his shares to the margin call. But, how about the other senior people at the company - why are none of them buying? Oh, and how is that great stock buyback progressing?

And you know, that's all ok because you're losing money, just like Wilbur. Surely you can take comfort in that, knowing that you've made such a wonderful investment. If anything, you'll get a good lesson out of this experience.

You are sheeple, just members of the flock. You've been led to the slaughter. How much lower can the stock go? Can't be much, Wilbur just bought - right?

    • Does Subash Chandra have over $100 million invested in xco. Wilbur does and he's buying more. What does Wilbur know that Subash does not ??????

"Oil and natural gas company, Exco Resources (NYSE: XCO), had some strong insider buying in January from WL Ross & Co. and it looks to have continued in February. The firm collectively on Feb.3-6 bought a big 865,000 shares pushing total ownership to over 7.5 million shares. The energy play looks to have some attractive valuations at a 15x trailing and forward P/E, .9x PEG, .9x P/B, just over 6x EV/EBITDA, and relatively attractive 2.1% dividend yield making it for me a solid long-term buy."

    • No...I don't think YOU understand. BTW, do you know how to use Yahoo Finance? If so, go and click on "Insider Transactions." There you'll get your answer.

    • By definition per SEC: A insider is someone who owns or controls 10% or more of a corporation. Also a officer or director is deemed a insider. Google the "definition of a insider" and you will see you are clearly wrong and owe a applogy to that poster.

    • ...

At question is the integrity of corporate raider Wilbur Ross. Enact his motive, and the key will unlock itself.
Why is Wilbur - so expansively - chasing this stock?
      Can it be Alzheimers?
