Try to relax.. We are only half way thru January and have a long way to go.. We need a new CEO, results of the rights offering posted, pay down some debt, report some good quarters and get the confidence of the Street back....This isn't going to happen over night.. Add this and try to look out ahead....What will NG prices be in 1-3 years. Will we export in 2015? Etc. etc.....Yes, its been frustrating as hell, but this takes patience, conviction, and a good stomach.....D
and why buy XCO vs say an ECA or SD or any other number of players that have already sorted out their balance sheets (mostly).....why are you convinced that XCO is the play? Marcellus is cranking with COG kiilling it and yet xco isn't drilling....u need more than a good stomach to invest here, blind faith
I own several different companies...Most are doing extremely well. Obviously XCO is not...And of course, ECA and SD may do very well.....I guess my personal opinion is that at this level XCO is a good risk vs reward.......JMHO D
Yeah but how about the dirt bags that were at the helm of this entity? I keep reading the words exporting NG here but that's nowhere near a certainty now is it? As for NG prices in the future? With an over supply don't count on any pricing power for we XCO shareholders.
Well first of all if you are looking for "certainty" then your in the wrong game LOL! But on a serious note, you can count on NG being exported. There is simply no way that ports that literally cost billions
to construct are being built to do otherwise. So I am comfortable is saying that yes, NG will be exported. Especially when its price is more than double what it is selling for here in the US. The market will eventually right itself as NG prices simply need to get back to normal levels.. JMHO D
