Insiders bought at 12.74 in MAY/04

Just a thought that they must've felt that in the long run this stock was going to exceed those prices.
Even when stock went higher they held their shares and didn't sell.

I think this stock is going to continue its upward climb and those holding on will be rewarded.
This is a good entry price.

    • Are you on something i would like to try? Purchases in the last 6 months 5,000; sales 66,000. If your theory holds true they are getting out and based on the financial picture we have seen I can't blame them. As I recall over the last few years insiders have ... sold...sold....sold.

      • Depends on how you look at it. Yes they sold at around the $16 dollar mark in Feb/04 since they felt that was a darn good price. It was.

Then the next month, 5 directors bought back in at 12.85. They must've felt that was a good buy in price be it small amounts. Those were the most recent insider transactions.

It doesn't matter to me - I no longer have a vested interest in this company - I made my 10% profit and moved on.
