Saw this on another message board and it is similar to some of the previous posts about how nice it is to work at AMRI:
-You publicly flogged your staff and take absolutely no blame for yourself. Congratulations, you�re now qualified to be Casper's successor. 1ST RULE OF LEADERSHIP... EVERYTHING IS YOUR FAULT.
-Corporate cultures are not affected by policies, mandates, emails, mission statements, visioning sessions or whatever else you dream up. Corporate cultures are established by employees emulating the actions of their leaders. If you want your staff to be accountable, first hold yourself accountable. PRAYING FOR CULTURE TO COMPENSATE FOR A LACK OF LEADERSHIP WILL NOT WORK WHEN YOUR STAFF IS DEMORALIZED.
Once again, Casper has institutionalized his own behavior within his staff. That's the culture that Mr. Tom has emulated. THAT�S the culture that he will get in the future� and that�s the culture that will make him fail.
