Insider bought more shares

Mr. Don a director who should know whats going on just dumped more shares - now over 200,000 in last 2 years. Obviously not a good investment for him or his heirs! Why are you dragging up Mr Tom's purchase of only $2 M when he has sold over $3M in last 2 yrs - to hide the fact that gigantic net dumping has and is occurring. Mr Tom succeeded in driving up the price while other insiders have fled. Yahoo only goes back to 8-03 but other insiders obviously saw the dire situation early and sold massive amounts then

were the insider sales at much much higher prices and today's low prices offer a good purchase....
After all a stock is an investment and when it goes up enough sell high and buy back low...
Seems that is what the insiders are doing.. -
It's called buy low sell high...what's wrong with that?

Folks sell shares so they can enjoy the proceeds; I sold over 1million in property this month, not because I believe property will go down in value, but because I want to spend the money on some things I want. Same with shares, particularily if you have cartloads and wouldn't be able to use it up in several lifetimes. You can't eat more than one meal at a time.

Since yahoo only goes back a little bit, the extent of insider DUMPING is hard to track.
