    Resistance crumbling

The great $12 wall is finally falling, the best news is it's busting through on good volume! I'm betting a very positive news release will be forthcoming.

    • I wonder what the news release will be? More phase III compounds, another INDA, an announcement on Nanotechnology or maybe an acquisition! Looks as though a few people out there know whats going on - up nearly 6% and look at the volume - WOW! It is a shame no one on this board could visit the annual meeting and post Dr. DAmbras vision for the future.

      • amrithebest, I wouldn't get too excited about nanotech. It's just a process like biotech.

Be optimistic that Albany Molecular will use nanotech and biotech to create increased revenue streams.

With good news apparently forthcoming, what's a good long term price target?

My guess is 3.5 times book value, about $35.

Good news almost always follows high volume break out price spikes (there are no secrets on wall-street). Insiders have been buying for a reason. The aprox 1.7 mil shorted shares should begin covering and providing some fuel for tomorrows continued break-out imho. Looking for a price gap higher on the open.

    • The first two quarters of 2005 for Albany Molecular had to be very good. GE's contract guaranteed it. The question is, what happens after GE' contract, and what if Allegra loses patent protection to generics.

I'm hoping for the Bristol-Myers compounds to pay off. And for the Singapore and India sites to pay off.
