What patent will Albany claim infrngement of? I looked up all of Albany Molecular's patents (19) on the USPTO site and found none with fexofenadine in them.

Does anyone know what patent Albany will claim infringement on? I've looked at all of Albany's patents (19) and find none with "fexofenadine" in them:

For the non-chemists; fexofenidine is the generic name of Allegra, which is the trade name. The chemical name is the name referred to in the patents. I believe that the ones using the chemical name "piperidine" and it's derivatives are the ones that apply to fexofenidine.

How about they shed some dead weight: tens of millions of dollars in Research & Development over the last years, result��ONE just ONE IND!!!!!!!!!
Some heads on top of the R&D department should fall, totally unacceptable, talk about meeting targets for these guys�.Really can�t think of any reason why these top execs are still around, buddies of Tom D probably�.
