"Anyone see the report entitled: The Ultimate Biotech Company Business Strategy"
I wonder what the strategy is? Just for fun we could all post our ideas! How about: Expansion by purchasing a company cheaply in another part of the USA. The joy of this approach is that you will get a team of highly trained and experienced professionals. There is a downside! The previous company may have valued them and treated them with respect so re-culturization would then be required. This could be accomplished using the Attila the Hun approach using loyal employees technical knowledge would not be required. Hey if it didnt work out you could close the facility after all what is a few million dollars
Poorlake, greetings to you. Another idea I have: purchase a local company - one where there is also a team of highly trained and experienced professionals treated with respect. Begin immediate reculturization, maybe put in a few spies and moles. Soon thereafter, experience a 20 - 30% decrease in revenue. But hey, those never ending royalties will cover the losses.
