Plain and simple -- working there sucked. The 10-hour days, the impossible micromanagement, ridiculous office (or lab, as it may be) politics, insane company policies, sneaky employees.... do you get the point? From the day I had my interview I knew it was a place-holder job until I found something better. That's my 2 cents.
just read through these posts. Many here are former employees - amrithebest is a current management want-to-be. You will see that most people were fairly discontent. If you are only looking to make a little cash, get some experience and move on, it's the place for you. I emphasize 'little' with respect to cash, as you will not be paid industry standard wages for your academic level. Go there, but have an exit plan, and trust noone.
