Great to see some activity on the board at long last. Clearly the market is rewarding the stock based on Dr. DAmbras leadership and vision. While we can talk about the many positive directions the company is taking at present, I would like to hear your comments on a potential downside to AMRIs future growth. Some time ago, a senior chemist expressed concern over the lack of a succession plan What would happen if his plane were to crash... While Dr. Vogt is a little young he would clearly be a candidate to carry on the culture and vision thoughts?
This company has been a money maker for D'Ambra. With dwindling royalties from Allegra, growth comes from overseas. Any future leader needs to realize the folly of American expansion attempts in Washington and Illinois. Asia is the future for this company.
When D'Ambra's gone, would this company become a good take-over target?
