this board needed a new topic...

and so i'm laying it out there:
It's time management decided to reward its shareholders (and itself) with a nice fat dividend -- either AMRI better leverage its massive cash position and accelerate development, OR they better start handing it over to the loyal shareholders, OR they had better make an acquisition that generates large and consistent earnings growth,. so our forward PE isn't so distorted and people don't get scared...

I like the co., good leadership, great compounds, and development structure, AND IMPORTANTLY -- something that hasn't been addressed-- they have a proven ability to get fantastic settlements from patent infringement cases,. and i believe AMRI will continue its winning streak (largely because precedent has been set in their favor for similar actions) and will cash in on the infringement suit!

      Proven?

That is completely irrelevant to on-going operations and if you buy any stock for that reason (I don't think that any law firms have listed shares in the US), then I wish you the best of luck.

We could argue the merits of some of the other points that you presented, such as their compounds. AMRI has a tiny pipeline and it seems unfocused - almost like the Island of Lost Toys.
