There seems to be a certain amount of criticism, implied and expressed, regarding AMRI's decision to create and acquire operations in India. From my perspective, this is a strategically wise move. Actually, it's brilliant and makes complete & total sense.
However, the most important issue here is whether management has the ability to make this work. After all, management seems to be unable to manage operations in the same time zone. In the same respect, Oakland Raiders QB Jamarcus Russell probably thinks he knows what should be done, but he is unable to execute. I am sure Jamarcus watches film and reads everything appropriate. When I watch the Broncos, I am sure the coaching staff knows most of appropriate strategies to implement. However, are Kyle and the boys are not always able to execute.
I still think AMRI's management is more akin to Buddy Ryan than Dan Reeves or Bill Belechick.
