Check NASDAQ institutional holdings. Advisory Research out of Chicago owns over 3M shares. They are a solid hedge fund.Didnt they do their homework? I am not peddling this stock just trying to find the ultra-bear case. Was D'Ambra just luck with Allegra?
I did my homework and they are NOT a hedge fund. I repeat, they are NOT a hedge fund. They are investment management company that seems to follow in the footsteps of Warren Buffet and similar investors. I am sure that AMRI is not the only stock they hold.
I remember seeing their name in that section before. Now, for argument's sake, if their average cost was $10 per hare or even $8 per share, they might want to sell if the stock ever gets above those levels. All those other major holders might be in the same boat.
