Lilla du, Oxigene did get approval to start a NSCLC phase II/III in UK Q4 2005 but they started up the Avastin combo instead Q1 2006! That lead to the randomized NSCLC phase II avastin combo in 2008 that we now will see final data at ASCO!
I think the likelihood for a phase III in combination with Avastin is far better! Oxigene found an external funding for the Ovarian trial so the NSCLC will not be a problem. They are just trying to present the best possible data to maximize the parter deal!
So I don´t care what you and the bankruptcy dane writes!
---the partnership talks are dead in the water. The only way you'll get that phase III trial in any indication right now is if the company is sold outright. So midpumper your days are numbered cheerleading this stock IMHO.
