Cvr has made a new aquisition. Somebody on the inside knew about it and decided to make a run on the stock. Too bad we all didn't know about it so we may have profited too. Coldform in Connecticut. Makers of fasteners. What a financially sound company. they got loads of cash thank goodness. It seems the only way for this company to stay afloat is to aquire other businesses while the current goes down hill. All fastener business seems to be headed overseas. Anxious to hear what they paid for it and what it will bring.
