imho_dyodd, you must be new to stock investing. They own 25 MILLION shares. Their insider sales are from a 10b-1 filing where
they will sell their stocks on the open market over time. They are selling 38,000 shares each time they sell. If I had 25 million shares of any stock, I would do exactly the same thing to diversify. Hang in there, you will learn over time..
yeah, right i am new to stock investing. I have read a few 1000 sec filings. When an insider sells , no matter what justification they give "diversification", "tax", "estate planning", "create liquidity", IT IS NOT A GOOD SIGN. they are basically wholeheartedly saying they don't see value beyond $5 that I am selling this at. It is very interesting that the price has spiked up to $6.46. It appears IMS sales trends are looking good. Have you looked at the credit suisse survey which compared amitiza with linzness ? CS thinks linzess beats amitiza big time. Whats your take
