With the stock trading at these levels, how about a share buyback program? The easiest way to increase EPS right now is buying back some stock at these low levels. Using the operating cash flow from just two average quarters ($300 Mil.), would buy back 13% of the shares, increasing EPS also by 13% and at the same time increasing demand for the shares.
They should be buying back shares hand over foot right now. They are nearing Total cash and equivalents being equal to Total liabilities. If they have any trust in their invest and underwriting divisions then it would be a GREAT move.
