Inventory and sales of the under $750k market indicates huge demand. Calling it now, go long big time on XHB in 2010. Over the next few years we will get a wave of first time buyers with the 30 wave kids going in and the return of the walk aways, my understanding is after 3 years they can get back in. There is nothing in construction and very little in the pipeline. It will be easy pickings for the builders the next few years. Everything will sell in studs, watch and see.
