Any opinion as to which is better for a real estate recovery? I may end up owning both of these.
XHB is better now, since it is not a pure REIT ETF, it will go up on the housing recovery both on resales, foreclosed and new housing. IYR, is a pure ETF and however it is diverse in nature, right now most REITs are fully priced or overpriced. XHB is a strong buy.
