I had 3,000 shares at 67 I bought in Pre-market, sold at about 72, such a moron, that was my last chance to make some real money on this thing, but I got burned to many times on SRS, so was being way to cautious,
I will get back in if IYR hits 50 and SRS probably be near 90 or less
Not buying SRS under $70 was my biggest mistake. Worst, selling SRS under $100 was equally wrong. I think a great many of us due to divergence became overly focused on trading SRS and got away from the fundamental negative outlook for Commercial Real Estate which was the primary reason we got into SRS in the first place.
Sure the dip below $70 was a surprise to many of us as was the surge above $200. I think history has shown that SRS can move well beyond the ranges we come assume it can go. The only way to play SRS is to spread out buys and sells keeping in mind that SRS moves at x2 the rate.
