I read your other post about TTNP? and was just wondering what happend there? I currently have a position in KADR, trading around 0.02 And there is some really good DD on the board. Would be nice to see a jump like TTNP there as well.

    • I thought I was the only one who could quote Ernie Olde.
He he he......! He was truly the best at the POS stock game! Wasn't much of a trader but a shrewd stock picker and position builder! TA wasn't nearly as developed in '92-'93 as it is now (computers) but I bet he would have been a student.

He was a genius. That fact that I like FTWR and he was a mentor of mine gives me solace.

FTWR's move on Friday was the result of "certain" investors re-establishing their positions they took as a loss last year coupled with some confidence after the release of the 8k. It takes time to digest and a little detective work before they felt it was necessary to buy. Most (like me) thought it was going lower and were waiting. Look at CCI hitting new highs with increasing credit facilities.....!

They won't be the buyer but maybe the broker!!!!

FTWR is in a better position now than they were when it was trading at $4.00!

      This isn't rocket science!

    • I've been doing this awhile myself. I used to be a broker and used to work for NYSE firms. They told me time and time again NOT to buy the cheap POS stocks as this would cause me the most heart ache! Until I worked for one of the best.......Ernie Olde (died a Billionaire). I actually placed trades for his personal account.....! He never had a position of less than 100k shares or of a stock much more than a $1.00 per share. He usually kept 15-20 stocks (Nasdaq) in his portfolio. He said: "all I need is 10% of my picks to work out and the rest could go to (0) and I'll still end up with a portfolio that out performs EVERY average on any index EVERY year"!
He was the smartest and richest man I ever met!
And he was 100% right. Another thing he used to say is: "don't watch 'em all day or listen to anybody else's opinions.....! Do your own DD and go with your gut"!

      Sound familiar?

In closing, I got sued six ways to Sunday listening to the guys who said..."buy the good companies-expensive stocks". When the market dives they go down too......the people who buy them don't expect it because "they're quality stocks" so they sue......period!

It's the only way to go - POS stocks. Unless you like average returns. AAPL's only happen a few times in a lifetime. The next AAPL is trading somewhere right now below $5.00. That's what I look for.

Buy low and sell high....... Sell your losers and keep your winners.

      KISS keep it simple stupid!

    • I like your style. I feel the same way. A lot of stocks are over priced. I'm gonna look into some of those you mentioned. Have a nice weekend!

    • KADR is a health care facility? The share structure it almost 200 mil shares. TTNP use to be 50 mil hence why it moved. I'm in VRML which shows what a stock can do when there are fewer shares. .01-34.00 out of BK 8-0 WOW so I'd say anything is possible.

    • I copied this from my other post to you about TTNP...
A drug the got a % with was shot down by FDA. Then they delisted but they sent the FDA the same results and compared the results to other currently approved drugs and theirs was as good and better in less weight gain. The FDA said they'd review it and get back to TTNP and VNDA who owned bought the drug from VNDA. After under a buck for too long TTP became TTNP. I bought my shares between .02-.04 and many of them the week before and day before the 6 month deadline and then POP. From .05 to 1.50 at the open and it bounced between 1.50-1.70 before the SHORTS got the upper hand and took it down 1.20, 1 and around .80 then with two more trading days they took it to .53 and then the bounce. News and buyout possibilities made TTNP run up to almost 2.50 two times before the market lost interest. VNDA went from .90 to 10-15 in a day or two and peaked around 22 bucks and is now under 5 bucks and I think they've got that much cash, but the market isn't liking them. TTNP sold the % rights to that drug and it's why I'm not there at this moment. They have another drug they want to partner in the coming months but this is more info than you asked for. (LOL) I blab :-)
