The true fair price would be double the 10 year high. I believe this stock was once $60 so the fair price would be $120. I suggest Koch buy shares on the open market until he owns 90% then pay a reasonable price for the remainder.
I think you should be happy the Koch brothers are willing to buy out the company at the price. Stock hasn't been near 60 in the last decade and even at the higher price you have to take into account the stock splits. EPS is on a downward spiral and the PE ratio at the buyout price is over 30 where comparable companies sell at half of that. Also can't understand how you could ever get to a "fair" price of double a fairy tale price
