It is not what Pandora does as much as it is how Pandora does it.
Just like Netflix that had WalMart, BlockBuster, Amazon, iTunes, Hulu, etc. planning to take them down.......NetFlix just delivered the content better. Pandora is unmatched in it's music genome delivery method. The loyal listener base from the desktop has obviously stayed loyal on mobile. And as autos role out with LTE connection and Pandora app in the dash, those loyal listeners will follow. As will the advertisers and subscriptions and the revenue. Who actually dislikes Pandora? "LOVE" is the word most listeners use once they experience the service. And yes Pandora will coexist with iTunes and other services delivering the same content in a different way........just as NetFlix has.
