Everyone has a mobile device that they carry everywhere they go. Capturing this audience is the goal EVERY advertiser. This can only by attained through applications used on each device as agreed upon by the end user for privacy reasons. The popularity of the apps is first (number of end users), then the methodology takes precedence. Is this agreeable with the end user? Pandora dominates in this realm where few gave them a chance. The stats don’t lie and advertisers BUY based on stats.
