Bring on iRadio. The faster it comes out, the faster Pandora can eat it alive on metrics. I've seen Apple whiff too many times in the recent past to be phased by a copycat product. Who knows maybe they might step on a Yahoo patent or two which Pandora now owns and get shut down. Wouldn't that be something. You never know.
Apple is being stopped in court on price fixing on E-books. Here is the story!!
This reminds me of NFLX a few years ago. Everyone thought apple would enter the same market. Everyone shorted NFLX and then nothing happened except NFLX (stock price) went sky high. There's more talk to Apple than action. I know they have a ton of cash, but no creative products since S Jobs died. Next Tuesday Apple will have a press conference about a "new look" to their phone. How ingenious is that? The longer no I-radio the more fan support for P and the more they will secure a loyal customer base.
