IGNORE lawsuit filed against Pandora by major record labels

I have NO doubt it is nothing more than an attempt to sucker small specs into buying tons of ultimately WORTHLESS pandora PUTS, most of which will be WRITTEN by the banks and funds that, immediately after hoodwinking amateurs into purchases of Pandora PUTS, will ramp the stock upward and wipe them out in a heartbeat.

Fact: the Pandora chart, along with the DOW and NASDAQ charts, remain extremely bullish and, in a bull market, the bull stocks ultimately IGNORE bad news, only pay attention to GOOD news!

Fact: the major labels are in bed with Pandora, they are NOT genuinely adversarial in any real sense---and the absolute proof is that, immediately preceding and following Pandora's IPO, under pressure from its wall street underwriters, the company ceased its policy of signing non-Label artists to the internet radio station, and virtually all new artist signings have been restricted to record label artists. NO better evidence and proof that Pandora now lies in bed with the record labels--and any threat of litigation likely only serves to scam amateur traders into purchases of ultimately worthless Pandora PUTS.

My evaluations of ALL markets over the past several years remain second to none in terms of pure genius, feel free to read my Yahoo posts and educate yourselves how markets REALLY trade.
