Immaterial.(not to CYCC)...do some research. In 2012 Istodax generated 50 million plus and this year it could do 80 million. Right now it's one of CELG's fastest growing drugs. So if this does go to trial and CELG loses...they will have to pay a substantial amount of money in damages to CYCC. I believe that CYCC will win if this goes to trial AND since CELG may be using CYCC's patent to develop other drugs, the decision will have far more reaching consequences for CYCC.
