Original poster has right attitude, you need to stay focused and learn from your own mistakes. Someone said, 'Good things come to those who persist...' It's not easy making money in stock market, but if you do your dd and work at it good things will come.
Exactly. You haven't lost anything until you sell. I bought stocks before the bubble burst. For the companies that stuck around (Amazon), I hung on and am well into the black. And I still haven't sold.
