Like lemmings over the cliff! I wonder what it feels like to sell at $3.70 or so and watch it go to $6.50 within the week. I listened to the CC last week and everything seems fine with MIC, just that growth is a little slower than in the past, though still double digit. A decent first quarter report will come out in May. They had already up-streamed $17 million to the parent company in the first weeks of the year and saw this continuing at a strong pace during the rest of 2002.
Every day this week we have seen the same pattern - somebody buys stock and pushes the price up by 10% or so over the previous close. Then the sellers come in and gradually erode the gain, finally the stock closes with about half the gain still left. The signs are there that someone is picking up what people are willing to dump at these prices. Over the week the stock is up $2/share. We may well see $8-9 again soon.
