The warrents just posted in my account. Now need to get this stock up to $15 -$20 to make them really pay!
### They put a cap on the share price at $10.50 for the next two years and make it economically impossible for anyone to buy MHR in that same time frame as the number of shares would double instantly at a price over $10.50. What is interesting is they do indeed appear to not be tradeable.###
......but I only got 1 warant for every 10, so worst case only a 10% dilution with a good price ($10.50/share) going to MHR if the warrants are exercised.
I admit to not following this very closely so I may be missing knowledge of what's the real deal.
You are an idiot. Posting mis information.
The warrents do two things.
They put a cap on the share price at $10.50 for the next two years and make it economically impossible for anyone to buy MHR in that same time frame as the number of shares would double instantly at a price over $10.50. What is interesting is they do indeed appear to not be tradeable.

Do these warratns trade, is there a symbol? I see them in my unrealized gain table in my Ameritrade account but not in my balance table.
" Each shareholder of the Company's common stock will receive one warrant for every ten shares owned as of the record date (with the number of warrants rounded down to the nearest whole number). "

Might want to call MHR investor relations and see what they think might have happened to have a fractional share issued.
As a matter of curiosity, my account shows a fractional warrant. Does that convert to a full warrant or is it meaningless?
Who gets the money from the sale of these warrants? Seems to me that expecting MHR stock to get up to $10 is wishful thinking. Why not just simply buy the common now at a fraction of that figure?
You have to look at the the old press release from back in August, but the warrants were a non-cash dividend, and they were given to those persons that owned MHR back on August 31 (as I recall) and payable on Oct 14 (which is why they just hit our accounts). If you have purchased your shares, or additional shares, since or after August 31, you dont get the warrants (or additional warrants for your additional shares). Hope that helps....
Where is info about warrants? Nothing posted to my Vanguard account yet.
These shorts have no idea what kind of pain is coming their way.
