Shareholder class action lawyers are interested in a quick payoff for not a lot of work. The tedious work of taking depositions and litigating a case is not what these guys do. They will be happy to take a settlement of $15 million or so, more than half of which will go to the lawyers, and then move on. Most of the settlement will probably be covered by insurance.
