I thought ATT's phone,internet,tv too expansive, so I changed to Comcast, The first day a tongue tied so called TECH came, seems everything ok, then,the 2 day, NOTHING WORKS. I called Comcast customer service right away, I told them I need a QUALIFIED TECH to come to the house again, they transferd me to every dept, seems NO DEPT know how to set up an appointment, in the mean time, demand me to pay $90 for a tech to the house. Waited on the phone for almost 3 @#%^& HOURS. 3 F= U= C= K= ING HOURS!!!!!!! NO RESULTS!!!! FINALLY I GAVE UP. I am going to CANCEL MY #$%%& COMCAST SERVICE ON MONDAY!!!!!
I believe ATT u-verse is going to take a lot of market share from Comcast. Im am getting ATT Uvers, internet 2 x speed,home phone unlimited long distance all for $10 more a month then what Im paying for Comcast cable tv. Neighbor has ATT Uverse said the customer sevice is excellent
