Comcast doesn't have a support center whom can actually speaking English and When I ask where is this support center located, and the lady speaking in broken English said she is not allowed to say where she is at.
This really #$%$ me the F#$#@$#^#^ off, when I am paying nearly $200 per month and get no real English speaking.
I know the feeling. I have now spent more than two hours trying to transfer my service from one location to another next week. Over an hour on the internet with a situation like yours and then now over an hour on the phone with a call center than cannot figure out a date for me other than tomorrow. This is unreal. I am honestly thinking of selling the one mutual fund I have that is a large holder in this company.
