    The worst service ever!

    This company sticks!
    Why, because the service is terrible, you get fast service for a minute and then it's cut by 90 percent! from 8 gigs to less then 0.60 mbps??????
    How is it that your download speed is slower then your upload speed. When you call to complain they just play games. Everyone knows they throttle down your download speed to a crawl and I'm paying for premium service????
    No wonder the stock is in the toilet.
    I'd leave but have no other provider to goto.......This stinks. I'm going to complain on this board until they get their act together. You should here what is said on engadget about clear.........it's a joke!

    • If you cancel your service with Clear, I would strongly urge you to report your credit card lost or stolen with the issuing bank prior to canceling service with Clear.

      If you cancel your service with Clear, I would strongly urge you to walk into the bank and close any checking account which Clear has record prior to canceling service with Clear.

      Cut Clear's purse strings off prior to canceling service, so Clear cannot charge any or your accounts. Be one step ahead of Clear.

      If Clear threatens you, I would write a letter of dispute and send it to their corporate office via certified mail with return receipt. Keep copies and records of all the correspondence and postal transactions.

    • I had the problem speed also for one day . I called customer service, and the cell tower next to my down. They can not check to see if it is down, but they will have a service person take a look at it. They fixed the problem within 24 hour. Make sure you call during the day and get someone in the US.

      They are more willing to listen to your problems. If you want the stock to go up. Be nice to the customer service people, and they can resolve your problem.
