Can someone educate us new longs about dilution.

I'm fairly new to the stock market and have never been involved with dilution before. I have a few questions and was hoping someone would want to help me learn about this issue. This would probably help other new longs in this forum also.

Is the $2.00 price offered to certain companies first, or can everyone start buying at $2.00? Will they sell at 2 dollars until the 350 million new shares are gone? Where and how do I purchase the $2.00 shares? When can I by these shares?

I am very aware that my questions may seem elementary. This is a very intimidating issue for new people and some informative answers would help out new longs a lot.

I believe this will make the share price double in the next few months and maybe even before then. Thank you for any helpful answers that are given.

    • Dilution is a good thing, so hold though every one, and waite finally for the cu-degra called an rs.
      i love wall street, sheep.

    • Different Investment Banks act as agents to handle this. Look at the propectus. This is spelled out... One, two.... JPM etc

20 million placed here, 5 million there 10 million there etc....

Lots of shorts to cover too...

Dilution.... You understand that.... Tear a dollar in half

1 trillion in bank reserves... 1 trillion Dollar Bills
Same reserves but print another trillion Dollar Bills...

Except!!!! In This Case this company now has more cash than before as well that has to be considered in more than one way. Cash and added viability....

      You already understand that....

    • "Is the $2.00 price offered to certain companies first"? Yes large inst. buys with a closing date of the 13th

", or can everyone start buying at $2.00?" Why would a inst. buy these shares and turn around and sell them for cheaper price than two or even equal to $2

"Will they sell at 2 dollars until the 350 million new shares are gone?" Inst will help their buddies cover shorts and then either hold or sell for a profit.

"Where and how do I purchase the $2.00 shares?" they can be on the general market by large inst.after the 13th.

I am very aware that my questions may seem elementary. No you asked with no intent to be negative (like many here do) you just want the asnwers.

      Good luck!
