well when Sprint hits $7 monday 2 for 1 would give CLWR $14 sprint already has 48% of the shares now

Good call...CLWR opens at $3.50 or higher, suggesting a 2 for 1 CLWR to Sprint stock valuation. CLWR needs to decline that offer. And request a 1for 1 stock exchange w/ Sprint.
