How did McGaw Eagle River decide so fast ?
there's something brewing and maybe someone else can chime in here.
Sprint all of the sudden, after years and years of distancing themselves from CLWR now wants majority stake in CLWR. It took them all but 2 days after the SOFTBANK news to decide on that.
And why would McGaw agree to the sprint terms so fast?-
I'm thinking they have their own partner in mind that can come to the table with a feww billion to buy the other half of Clearwire. Why not, it will help S and SB recoupe some billions back.

McCaw might have viewed Sprint’s proposal to give CLWR (his creation) a continuity to its existence far into the future under Sprint/SB may have steered McCaw’s decision to let go. It is as simple as that.

give the man a cigar...AND a made whole deal..ie heres my shares ..do your thing..control and protect the spectrum..just give me my money later when the whole gig is worth way more..but mosst people too stupid to see it.
