Clearwire Corporation (CLWRD) Message Board

  • mnwimttn mnwimttn Jan 31, 2013 1:41 AM Flag

    What would happen?

What if the DOJ/ FCC determined Clearwire must sell some spectrum before Sprint buys them out. Dish is waiting in the wings and would gladly pay Clearwire for a portion of their spectrum. Money goes to Clearwire for this transaction. Would the offer Sprint has presented at $2.97 be the selling price? Who would offer more for CLWR under those circumstances? I understand minority shareholders must still agree to sell. Anybody have any thoughts?

    Sentiment: Hold
