CLWR bonds can be refinanced at lower rates, but they won't.

In the cc, Goldman Sachs asked why CLWR is not refinancing their debt at lower rates. Hope said yes, we can, but need to ask Sprint for approval. So if it is good for the company and good for shareholders, why are they not moving ahead with refinancing at lower rates right now? Why would Sprint disapprove, unless they want CLWR to be dependent on their line of credit, where Sprint gets cheap convertible shares at $1.50? CLWR seems happy to do nothing and point to Sprint. Maybe something is in the works that gets them lower rates through Dish and additional unknown partners. The intrigue.
