    So where is the Vote

where is the vote to see what the minority share holders feel about all this?

lets get it done and over with as for me I say NO to Sprint just to see these clear Directors lose all the big Bribe money for play into sprints hands over the yrs. and doing nothing to make Clear what everyone here said it should be. hell i been at 80 cents before lets do it again after they lose the payoff and Sprint has no majority votes then they will see share holders do have a say after all. even going with the Dish offer will make these people wish they did better after that cash loss.

    • They won't begin the voting process until they have aquired enough controlling minority shares through their many offshore accounts. The use of these accounts allows them to stay under the under the wire and not have to file Schedule 13Ds by using elarborate sham systems of trusts and subsidiary companies located in the Isle of Man and the Cayman Islands.

They are trying extremely hard to not bring the price above the Dish $3.30 offer, but they still do not have enough shares to ensure a positive outcome. Understand that every share they buy at these low levels is a share they will not have to spend full value for. Even if they finally are forced to raise the buyout to $9-$15 it won't matter by then because most of the shares will be left in the institutional holders/sprint/ and the offshore accounts owned by Softbank. 99% of the retail holders will be gone. When they send the checks out to their own quasi accounts in the Caymans that purchased the shares on the open market at sub $3 levels, they will just be getting their own money back.

This is why it is important to not get bored and sell thinking this is over. We in the first inning of a long, long game that will pay out more than you ever thought possible if you are still holding at the end.

      Sentiment: Strong Buy

      • Velocity you are right about that. It is something like that. It also may be a long time, another year or more before the big pay out comes out. What may end up happening is they simply don't buy clearwire but instead keep it a separate company, they make deals with them, and instead of doing everything they can to talk down the share value they do everything they can to talk up the share value and to make it profitble as they are half owners.
Then the law suits have no basis, and we all get rich and they do to.

      • option expiration date this Friday. Expect news over the weekend or on Monday.
