A Lady Named Miriam Gottfried Said Something I Hadn't Seen
In her article, she states:
"Delaware court’s negative take on Dish’s bid during a preliminary hearing Thursday on a suit Sprint filed against Dish and Clearwire"
... and it wasn't clear to what degree the "negative take" was her interpretation of their take, or the court's actual take on it. Either way, her's was the ONLY commentary I saw to that effect, so confirmation would be helpful.
Either way, given that Ergen has stated that he's OK with a "broad range" of outcomes regarding the governance issues, I see it has having an impact on his decision regarding another bid as being relatively minimal.
Spok I like your post. I think we have similar ideas. Yours are much better thought out there. I do think Dish said sign this and we will take all the legal issue on ourselves. I think there is a low chance of a counter bid.
Where did you see or read that "Ergen has stated that he's OK with a "broad range" of outcomes regarding the governance issues"? I would be interested in confirming that as I had not seen that mentioned elsewhere. TIA.
