ggod dividend and reliability. But now I have sold out my entire holding because I am very concerned aout the dividend. Massive dilution, tightening market and a very good chance that the dividend will be slashed severly very soon, IMHO, of course.
Well, you must be short or just don't understand finance. Issuing 4+ million shares is hardly massive dilution. You want to talk massive dilution, talk to Citigroup. Tightening market? I don't know what you are refering to. It seems this company is doing the right things in raising equity and debt when they can, at not so bad prices. How do you think these MLPs grow (since they have to pay out most of their earnings in distributions?) They have to raise cash by issuing equity and debt so that they can grow organically or make profitable acquisitions. Look at the other mlp's that have done the same, like ETP. Oh, btw, they just raised the distribution. Get a clue!
It seems logical what you have described. But what is your opinion with apl and atn both doing well with big div then all of a sudden calapase? Any logic to their downfall based on you description. Thanks!
