Numerous investment and research firms generally promote the buying or selling of stock. Sometimes to make commissions if the stock goes up and their clients buy - or to make money shorting the stock if they can "advise" enough clients to sell. You mention Zachs - I can also mention The Street.com ratings which has a "BUY" rating on this stock since 6/3/10. To name a few reasons, (1) 4.5 stars out of 5 for Total Return: the performance of the stock (MLP) has beaten 80% of the companies they cover; (2) Price Volatility: 4.5 stars out of 5 - the stock (MLP) is less volatile than 80% of the MLPs monitored; and lastly (3) Income: 5 stars out of 5 - the companys dividend (distribution) is higher than 90% of the MLPs tracked.
You have to do your own reseach and make your own choice.
