I only buy MLPs that have a growth strategy either through acquisitions, increasing capacity or both. This is a plus for NRGY and I just bought my first few shares of NRGY.

well, based on this in the announcement:

""Both transactions are expected to be immediately accretive to Inergy unitholders on a distributable cash flow per unit basis. ""

I would say as soon as they get closed on the deals (which wasn't mentioned in the release) we should see the benefit.

Based on past history and management statements in the press release announcing the transaction, the acquisition should result in an increased distribution announced in February.
