    No Growth distribution / Exit strategy

    OK, NRGY is not growing its distribution and I think that is part of the reason it has sold off to a very attractive 7.69% distribution yield. I think if NRGY rallies enough I'm going to unload at $40-$42 -- $42 is the current Goldman Sachs price target and $40 puts all my shares at a nice profit. I see no further upside this year above $42. I'm looking to buy WPZ which is growing its dividend.

    I've seen comments that the propane MLPs don't have much growth. I think the growth from their storage business will eventually kick in, but I'm getting impatient.
