Distribution was kept at $.705, or $2.82 on an annual basis.
While I don't believe NRGY will cut their distribution, I believe NRGY will be flat for some time. They are stuck in a perfect storm of sorts. They grew so fast for so long and finally absorbed their GP at a time when propane biz is weak and competition of acquisitions is fierce. It also isn't helping that natural gas storage is hurting. I think NRGY management will find a way out of this trouble, via acquisitions, organic expansions and perhaps other unconventional moves, such as divesting propane, or merging with another MLP. Overall, I am not concerned with the distribution being cut, but I do believe it is stuck at $2.82 for at least a year or two.
I am so glad that everyone on this message board is a psychic!!!!!! Everyone here talks with such conviction, like they are the ones running the company!!!!! amazing I wish I had your powers to forsee so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
