Sherman mentioned it in the conference call, within the first 4 or 5 minutes. I was also shocked that they did not advertise it, but perhaps it was to keep the environmental wackos from throwing up any more roadblocks.
They have been fighting this pipeline for about 3 years and I think Inergy is finally going to win this prolonged battle with the environmental wackjobs.
I did find it comical that the FERC essentially dismissed most of the claims by the EPA, which were far fetched. The pipeline is only 39 miles, so it should go relatively quick once construction begins. The EPA is populated with people who possess little to no real world knowledge...and this delay tactic has run its course.
